Welcome

I work with children, teens and adults who come to my practice with a wide range of goals.  Many are working on overcoming the symptoms related to having busy, stressful lives.  They might describe themselves as having depression, anxiety, eating issues, a lack of self-confidence, confusion over a relationship, problems with an employer, a desire to change careers or start up a new career, or a need to break free of time-worn habits.

A first session will help to clarify your goals for seeking therapy.  Scheduling a consultation will help you to know if I am the right therapist for you and if my approach to working with you offers the right kind of support you need to make the changes you wish to make.
